Best-Ever Baba Ghanoush

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 large eggplant

  • 1½ tablespoons tahini

  • ½ teaspoon cumin

  • juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • 1 tablespoon Hemp Foods Australia Hemp Oil

  • sea salt and freshly grated black pepper

  • Hemp Foods Australia Hemp Seeds and pomegranate seeds, to serve

METHOD


  1. Cook eggplant on a grill or barbeque for 15 minutes, or until the outside is charred and the inside is soft. Slice eggplant open and scoop flesh into a bowl. Add tahini, cumin, lemon juice, garlic, hemp oil, and salt and pepper and mix well.

  2. Serve topped with hemp seeds and pomegranate seeds.
