Chia Pudding

A simple, healthy and gluten free breakfast perfect for busy people on the go. All the prep can be done the night before, so come morning when you’re trying to get dressed, pack your bag and check emails, all you have to do is grab it out the fridge!


Start your day with a delicious spoonful of power punching chia seeds!

 

PREP TIME 10 minutes SERVES 2 COOK TIME 0 DIFFICULTY Easy

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 2C coconut milk or almond milk

  • 1/2t vanilla extract

  • 1T BeePower Manuka honey

  • Berries and toasted coconut flakes to serve

  • 2C coconut milk or almond milk

  • 1/2t vanilla extract

  • 1T BeePower Manuka honey

  • Berries and toasted coconut flakes to serve


METHOD

  • In a bowl combine the chia seeds, milk, vanilla and honey.

  • Half the mixture into two seperate jars and place in the fridge to set. The mixture requires a minimum of 3 hours to set; I like to leave mine in the fridge overnight.

  • Top with berries, coconut flakes, or anything else you like
